Things you should include in your request
For each issue we need as much information as possible to be able to quickly reproduce what is happening or has happened. Please make sure you include:
- booking number
- inventory item
- step by step introduction of how the scenario was produced
- clear explanation of what needs to be done
There's no such thing as too much information, really!
