Is this view familiar? Most of the time, this message appears when an item or an item within a package is not configured correctly. Let's have a look at how to solve this quickly!
Before contacting support check the following 4 things that are common configuration mistakes or issues that cause Frontoffice errors:
1. Have you set all prices for all items within the package? If a package is set up as manual pricing, each price has to be added for optional items and upgrades. If a package is set up as auto pricing all the items need to have a price set in the inventory. Please see this article about pricing logic.
2. Is someone trying to make a booking with a big group and this error pops up? Check the pax per booking you set for this package, maybe you set it to only be bookable by 4pax and that's why the bigger group can't book. Please see this article for further information.
3. Another issues related to pricing could arise when you're working with seasons. Double check your seasons. Are they covering the whole year? Have you set the price for each season? See these articles for further introductions.
4. Is the activity, service or item fully booked? If one of them is fully booked this error message comes up. Set your activity, service or item unlimited or increase the number of spots/items. See this article about the capacities.
How to spot the configuration mistake or issue faster?
If you are tech-savvy person you can also find a hint on what is causing the issue by clicking on the right side of your mouse and clicking on inspect.
Go to console and most of the cases the issue can be found under the error message. In this example, the error is caused by missing price for one package item.
