In the Planning Module (1), go to Arrivals/Departures (2), and you will see a List of Arrivals (3) within a selected Time Period (4), ordered by the most recent Arrival date.
If you click on the Table Column (5), you can choose which visible columns you would like to display.
But what happens if one of these guests arrives on a different day than the rest of the group?
How to show odd arrivals in the arrivals list:
1. Go to Accounts > Frontoffice > Customer Portal and enable 'Odd Arrivals':
2. Go to a booking that has an odd arrival and click on Guest Name > Transfer Information. Enter the corresponding Early Arrival day.
After you save this info, the guest Barry Gordon Perkins will be marked as an Odd Arrival:
Please note that the same logic applies to 'Odd Departures'.
