Exporting information about on site guests can be useful for your staff. This way, your employees do not only know which guests are currently staying with you (their names, age and language preference, for example), but your chef will also know their dietary requirements or your surf instructor will know their level.
In order to export transfer data
1. Click on the planning module
2. Click on on site guests
3. Click on the table columns icon
4. Choose the information you want to show in the list
5. Choose if you want to export as PDF file, Excel file or print the page
