Room transfers are helpful when a guest tries to make a booking for a specific room during a specific period of time and that room is only partially available due to high occupancy.
In this case, your guests will automatically be booked into a similar available room for the nights the original room is already occupied by a previous booking.
In order to allow room transfers
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Frontoffice Settings
3. Click on Accommodation
4. Tick the Allow room transfers box
Now all bookings made through the Frontoffice will be moved into another room automatically in case the original room is partially unavailable.
