If a guest speaks the same language of one of your email templates, Bookinglayer automatically fetches the corresponding email in their language.

For example, if you have your email templates set up in English, French and Portuguese, and your guest speaks French, Bookinglayer will automatically associate the French email templates to this guest.

For this to happen, you need to make sure that your guests have filled in the language field (via the Customer Portal), or that you have done it via the backoffice (by updating your guests' details):

Important: If you don't have email templates set up in your guests' language, or if you have a booking in which guests speak different languages, Bookinglayer will use English as default.
